Oven Pixie is a local independent family run business there a big pink van (the pixie mobile), one Oven Pixie and a Pixie Helper.
We started cleaning ovens back in August 2012. We began to get very busy very quickly, so we decided that we needed our first Pixie Helper. We have a lot of experience and knowledge amongst the team, so you can be assured that you will get fantastic results each and every time, and because there is two of us you get that little bit extra.
We value our local reputation of offering quality and value for money.
Chances are when you ring you will most probably be speaking to Susy she will guide you through the process and give you an exact quote.
So that’s Oven Pixie in a nutshell. If you would like to know more or have any questions then please feel free to contact us, we would be very happy to answer any questions you may have for us.
Below are the steps that we will follow when arrive to clean your oven.
The Cleaning Process
First we will check everything is working as it should be, and the oven is suitable for cleaning.
Any areas that need protecting will be covered..
Any parts that can be removed will be taken into the van to be cleaned there.
The oven is slightly warmed to make cleaning easier.
We will then turn off the oven to make sure there’s no risk of electric shocks.
The oven cleaning process can then begin.
Once cleaned we will put everything back together and give a final polish.
What we need from you!
Parking as near to the house as possible
We will need to use your sink, so if you could clear the area around there for us.
Any pots and pans that are not part of the oven will also need removing as well.
We also need to know the location of the cooker switch if it is hidden away.
